An appeal to help triplets
Triplets to a poor family, whose parents are trying to make ends meet
by working at a metal crusher. Apart from the three, there is another
child, and the family is faced with a problem of feeding four tiny
mouths.
These three babies born to the mother A. S. Raihana (23) of Vetiya,
Madawakkulam and father is W. M. Rameez (24). Now the father and mother
are sacrificing their lives from morning to evening trying to feed the
newly born babies and the other child.
On Sixth September 2005 - The three were born to A. S. Rahima at
Chilaw Hospital, and the babies were named Rasheena, Rishuda, Shamha and
the eldest is Rameez Rishda, aged 2.
Neighbours, relatives and well wishes helped them at the beginning
with milk powder and other required medicines for which the parents are
still grateful.
The parents earn about Rs. 300 a day. Out of this amount which they
earn at the crusher, they find it difficult to earn the full amount as
the father Rameez is unable to be punctual at work early in the morning.
The parents appeal to well wishers to remit within their means to the
following account in favour of W. M. Rameez, Savings A/C No. 024-2-001-8
