Navy destroys two LTTE boats
Sri Lanka's Navy destroyed two LTTE boats during
a pre-dawn clash off the country's east coast yesterday killing at
least 12 Tiger terrorists, the Media Centre for National Security
said.

Intelsat Corporation continues to broadcast LTTE programs
The Sri Lanka Embassy in Washington, D.C.
complained to the Justice Department and the State Department that
the Washington based Intelsat Corporation is breaking U.S. law by
continuing to broadcast the propaganda television and radio services
of the foreign terrorist organisation, Liberation Tigers of Tamil
Eelam, by a satellite they own, despite public assurances given a
week ago to the contrary.

Federal Govt.'s silence helped terrorist air wing
A Singapore based terrorism expert said the
attitude of showing a blind eye to the activities of the Liberation
Tigers of Tamil Ealam (LTTE) on the part of the Australian Federal
government has contributed to the build up of the Air Wing of the
terrorist group in Sri Lanka.
