Culinary Art 2007
They are all spread throughout the length and breadth of the country
but this by-annual event brings all the Chefs together into one
location. As it was this year too the BMICH was booming with the
artistry that these unique craftsmen possess.
Covering a wide area on all subjects of cookery the show focuses upon
the entire range from ice carving to hot cooking, dressing of cakes,
vegetable and fruit carving, high tea table decor and even various
methods of coffee preparations.
