FICA join hands with CCC

Cricket: Fingara International Cricket Academy (FICA), the most advanced cricket coaching facility in the country, and CCC, one of Sri Lanka's oldest and prestigious cricket playing clubs, entered into a partnership to establish an international cricket academy at the latters grounds at Maitland Crescent. The agreement was signed between the two establishments at the FICA.

FICA was established in 2005 with the objective of providing talented Sri Lankan cricketers with a world class training facility to achieve international standards.

Sanath Jayasuriya and Kumar Sangakkara, share their experiences with the students and impart finer points of the game, develop their skills and performances as FICA Cricket Ambassadors. FICA were also fortunate to have the services of Australia's John Dyson and Trevor Chappell and more foreign coaches are billed to have stints at FICA in the future.
