Lankem Robbialac paints awarded SLS certification

Robbialac paints manufactured by Lankem Ceylon Limited added further colour to its illustrious brand image when they received the prestigious SLS certification for their paint category recently. This was in addition to the ISO 9001-2000 and 14001-2004 certifications, which they were conferred with, a few years ago. Lankem Robbialac is the first and the only brand of paints in Sri Lanka to obtain all these three certifications so far.

SLS certification is only conferred on organisations that aspire to uplift the quality of life of the nation's populace through standardisation and quality improvement in all sectors of a company's business. In addition the Organisation also pays attention to a company's activities that have a positive impact on the national economy to increase productivity and maximise the utilisation of resources, facilitate internal (and external) trade, achieve socio-economic development and enhance healthy competitiveness among product/service categories.
