Phoenix Industries produces blow moulded plastic chairs

Phoenix Industries, a market leader in providing plastic solutions,
created history by being the first to produce Blow Moulded plastic
chairs locally and have already installed 10,000 such chairs at the R.
Premadasa Stadium, SSC and the CR & FC.
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Phoenix Industries, Hasith
Prematilleke, said that the company pioneered this project only in the
international market and these chairs are specifically designed for
stadiums.
The Secretary of the SSC, Nimal Dias Jayasinha, said that over 1,500
of these chairs had been installed at the club and they were completely
satisfied. In the past this type of chair had to be imported, but now
with Phoenix Industries manufacturing them locally, it is much more cost
effective whilst being of the same standard and quality as the imported
ones, he said.
Prematilleke said that Phoenix Industries could produce those Blow
Moulded chairs in any colours in a variety of designs and it takes about
three to four weeks for delivery.
