New CEO of Duo Software India
Miran Shah, a leading media professional in the Asia Pacific region
who has worked for various global media brands, will take over
responsibilities as the Chief Executive Officer of Duo Software India.
Miran Shah has over 14 years' experience in the media industry and
has been directly responsible for conceptualisation and implementation
of key marketing strategies that have brought global media brands closer
to South Asian and Asia Pacific markets.
He has over seven years' experience at Turner International (India
and Asia Pacific) which operates global media brands such as CNN,
Cartoon Network and TCM.
JKH final dividend - Re 1 per share
The Board of Directors of John Keells Holdings (JKH) PLC has declared
a final dividend of Re. 1 per share for the Financial Year ending March
31.
Payment will be on June 27.
