Three special poojas were conducted to invoke blessings on Ra-Blue on the advice of a leading Indian astrologer. One was held at his office at Come-Bridge and the other two at the main hall and his official room at Kotha that is Siri. The main objective of the pooja was to woo the rebel Em Pees who challenge his Elephant Party leadership.

Soome angry

Soome the one-sa was perturbed over the outcome of Thursday's general strike which was a successful flop. He reprimanded trade union Lal for making a mess and bringing the Bell Party into disrepute. "All this time people assumed that we are influential but now it has been revealed that we don't command any more," an angry Soome told Lal.

Retired General

How come Jaha-naka uses his military title in his election campaign without mentioning that he is a retired general who is major? Some Elephant Party Em Pees have pointed out that Jaha-naka is trying to make use of the G-ment's military success indirectly. Is he selling war heroes in the North Central?

Helping maids

A leading Elephant Party Em Pee from Ja-ela submitted a 'fact file' of One Shot, which provides evidence on the celluloid hero's spicy acts, to their party leader. On the pretext of helping Lankan maids in the Middle East, One Shot exploited some beautiful lasses. Changing religion is not going to pay for his sins, the Em Pee has told the leader.

Till-Van admits

The inner circle of the Bell Party met on Friday to evaluate Thursday's general strike. Many leaders, including Till-Van admitted that Vee the One-Sa's quitting and his ten Em Pees have done great damage. They identified it as one of the main failures to woo public support.

Dirty game

Es Bee is still playing a patient innings though Ra-Blue has adopted different tactics to kick him out. Ra-Blue has now given a contract to Sunday's Sinhala version of the Rag sheet to launch a continuous campaign against Es Bee, titled 'Double Game'. But many senior green Em Pees have strongly objected to the dirty game of Ra-Blue.
