Milgro full cream milk powder launched

Milgro, imported in fully finished form launched Milgro Creamy, the full cream milk powder.

During the introductory period the milk powder will be sold at a special price and is targeted at families having children, said Head Consumer Products Division Pacific Interlink SDN BHD Avinash Bhandari.

The company enjoys a 93% market share in the instant full cream category while in the total full cream milk powder category Milgro enjoys 5% market share.

He said that they will initially import Milgro creamy in three sizes and increase with time. Produced and marketed internationally by Pacific Interlink Sdn Bhd (PIL), Milgro is an established entity in the Dairy sector and a strong competitor as well with regular exports to over 50 international markets.

He said that the company came to Sri Lanka five years ago and assured that Sri Lanka is a strategic market for them.
