Responsibility, persistence and constant dissatisfaction with reached results - here are those key concepts which make a businessman's approaches to his business related.

We hope these guidelines will appear interesting and useful. Each person engaged or planning to be engaged in business, should ask himself: "What advantages I already possess, and what advantages I can receive above other people? What are my indisputable strong qualities?" If one does not have any advantages, then, no mater what he does in business, all will turn against him. His business, most likely, will always remain small. There is just no reason, sufficient for growth in this case.

Five factors which have basic value for success or failure:

The main thing - not sizes of a shop, but quantity of passers-by. A person should search the best place accessible to his business persistently.

Special knowledge: A person possessing congenital or got qualities of a businessman, is capable to become successful almost in any business. Why? Because he will give paramount value to sale. And this is a correct way to run business.

Personal popularity: A sociable person with a lot of friends, has obvious advantage in business. In business much depends on disposal and support of associates.

Personal qualities: This is one of the best advantages a person can possess. If a person is known for his honesty and reliability, decency, his business can begin slowly, but, most likely, it will be strong.

Efficiency: This quality will help one creating a real business most of all. It will make a professional of him. Instead of chaotic throwing, he will study conditions his business is developing in. He will plan and make well-founded decisions. He will do first of all prime affairs and concentrate attention to profit gain.

Any ambitious businessman should be a professional to some extent. A firm should aspire to escalating of its advantages constantly. Each businessman would like to possess monopoly most of all. It is a unique thing which is capable to relieve him of competition. But monopoly is seldom met, and it is impossible to keep it for a long time.

Any firm should have its specialisation, which is its face. If this specialisation is well advertised, it can become a basic source of profit gain. Specialisation offers almost same advantages, as monopoly possession.

Any person selling only things his competitors also sell, is in very unprofitable position. Prices for his goods are established as a result of competition. Price reduction will not help him. It will increase volume of sales, but at the same time can reduce his profit. It is necessary to make your business special in some way.

Even the most insignificant advantage can make a businessman a leader in his area, city and even branch. Public is always attracted by something special. If a person cannot make anything special, he will face failure, or insignificant success.

Every large business possesses any superiority, distinctive feature in goods or methods of business management.

Superadvantage: It is the thing that brings outstanding success to a company.

Majority of people starting a business life, imitate competitors. They are aimed at monotony. They wish to be "normal". They are afraid to experiment. They do the same, as others. It is an error.

Standard things are usually not noticed. It never causes favour of associates, and achieving it is the main task of a person in his business life.Very few people are allocated by aspiration to originality. Usually people are ordinary and do not see essential value in giving their business originality.

A normal person of average abilities can create big business possessing many distinctive features. He just should possess common sense and ambition.

Business should be clever. It should have distinctive features. Any ordinary business never can sustain competition blows. It will struggle only for survival.

In the business world, as well as in the nature, the most adapt survives. Business continues growing until it is developing its advantages.

A clever manager every week spends certain time to meditation how to improve his business, make it more perceptible, increase its advantages. He knows that improvements can be spent infinitely. And he knows he needs making them constantly.It is necessary to push a small-scale business forward today, tomorrow and everyday in a year. To create a real business, incessant efforts are required. This process resembles not even a house building, but farmer's work.Business is created by constant escalating of advantages. Creation of optimum conditions for success should be the main supervising principle and acquisition of equipment saving up work.
