Eutrophy can help one remain young when one is actually ageing. When people become older, they need less food, but more nutrients to keep healthy. For this purpose it is necessary to adhere to eutrophy here are eight most useful products for those who wish to eat in a proper way.

1. Brown rice

Many avoid some carbohydrates because they promote weight gain, as most people think. But they are very important for maintenance of power level. Do not forget about products from integral grain: brown rice, bread and porridges, which contain a lot of fibre. It will help lower cholesterol level, reduce risk of cardiovascular diseases, cancer of rectum, stones in bilious bubble, diabetes and adiposity. This is also vital for intestines, which become less active with years.

2.Eggs

They are a source of fibre and lutein, which protects eyes from cataract. Researches suggest that they prevent formation of blood clots, reducing risk of heart attack and stroke. According to recent research, consumption of 6 eggs a week reduces risk of mammary gland cancer on 44 %. Today dieticians say that 1-2 eggs a day do not raise cholesterol level.

3. Milk

With years, our requirement in calcium increases, therefore it is important to include products rich in calcium in a daily diet. Fat-free cow milk is very useful for health. Drink two glasses of skim milk daily or include fat-free yoghurts and fruits rich with calcium in your diet.

4. Spinach

This product contains more nutrients, than any other. It is a source of iron, vitamins C, A and K and antioxidants, helping us being protected from heart attack and stroke. Spinach protects from cancer of rectum, osteoporosis and arthritises. As well as eggs, it is rich in lutein, useful to eyes, so eat an egg with spinach for a breakfast.

5. Chicken

This is the healthiest meat. Use fillet with few fat and remove skin. Besides, hen is rich with fibres and prevents decrease in bone weight. It is also a source of selenium preventing cancer, and B group vitamins, raising level of energy and strengthening brain work.

6. Salmon

It is rich with omega-3 fats, reducing cholesterol level, protecting from some kinds of cancer and preventing formation of blood clots. Researches show that salmon facilitates depressions and prevents memory loss. It contains nicotinic acid which, according to some information, protects from Alzheimer˘s disease. Set yourself a task to eat fresh or tinned salmon 3 times a week. Walnuts also contain omega-3 fats.

7. Bananas

Only one yellow fruit contains a lot of potassium, which is necessary for muscles (especially heart) to remain strong and healthy. It also helps lowering arterial pressure. Bananas are also a source of fibre, preventing cardiovascular diseases, they neutralise acid, so are useful to heartburn treatment. Add cut banana in porridge or pound it in blender with yoghurt or milk and small amount of fruit juice.

Lentil, sardines and dried apricots are also a source of potassium.

08. Garlic

This small bulb has big advantages. Garlic helps preventing cancer and cardiovascular diseases, reduces risk of stroke. It also possesses anti-inflammatory action, helping to reduce pain and hypostases at arthritises. It is useful to diabetics. If you do not take out its smell, use garlick capsules.
