Central Finance expands ATM network

Central Finance Company PLC expanded its ATM network across 331 locations islandwide to mark the company's 51st anniversary this year.

The ATM service which connects the Commercial Bank network will complement the Central Finance 'CF Savings' launched in 2006. Managing Director, Central Finance, E.H. Wijenaike said CF fast cash enables customers to withdraw from their savings accounts and check the balances.

Competitive interest rates, fund transfers within savings accounts, unlimited number of withdrawals up to Rs. 40,000 a day without penalties, complementary ATM cards and free standing order facilities are some of the other benefits of the service.

Wijenaike said the ATM service benefits will be offered in other CF products such as Excel, Super Savings, Senior Citizens and Lama accounts.

Central Finance concluded the 2007/08 financial year mobilising fresh deposits of Rs. 3.5 billion having recorded a profit after tax of Rs. 1.048 billion. LF
