SIA Colombo with a New Look

Singapore Airlines Colombo staff received a new look and a new surrounding after moving into a new office on January 12, 2009. Located on the 7th floor of the new Aitken Spence Tower II, SIA Colombo will continue to give their customers a higher value for their money and an overall better service by keeping to their familiar high quality standards.

Building trust and giving the best services to the customers is the motto of the Singapore Airlines team. A good office environment will motivate the staff, as well as providing customers with a quicker and more efficient service.

The Ticketing, Sales, Marketing, Reservations, Cargo, PR, Accounts, Admin and all other departments of SIA are located on a single floor to provide ease of servicing for customers. The main attractions in the new office are the walls which have been given a new look with the latest SIA product images such as the Airbus A380 aircraft, Singapore Girl, etc.

This will provide customers a virtual experience of the flight atmosphere, thereby making their experience a more enjoyable one.
