Exposition comes to a close

The Chief Prelates of the Malwatte and Asgiriya Chapters directed the Diyawadana Nilame of the Dalada Maligawa, Pradeep Nilanga Dela to end the exposition of the Sacred Tooth Relic from yesterday evening, in view of the unprecedented numbers of pilgrims coming to Kandy to worship the Relic causing problems to the authorities to control traffic and the sheer numbers of pilgrims coming for worship.
