The members use the Congos, Bongos, Latin, African and Sri Lankan traditional drums and their repertoire consists of the music of the 60s and 70s, of Sri Lankan music plus western, Spanish, German, Hindi and Tamil songs.

Those who wish to be a part of the concert should contact Manjula Martis for their invitations.

The centre of attraction in the group Reflections is Arlene who has a natural talent for music and singing. The group has had a successful run performing at the Torana Lounge of Hilton Colombo. If you were not able to catch their vibes, don't be disappointed, the group have extended their stay for another four months. According to Arlene "the band will be here till September 2009.

The response has been good and it was a good feeling for us to know that the audience enjoyed our music. We have a song list that we circulate among the patrons and sing what they like to hear. Ours is a repertoire of 500 songs and we sing in six languages apart from English, like Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Malaysian, Spanish and quite naturally in Philippine (Tagalog). We have four sets in our presentation for the evening. The first set comprises easy listening light songs which include pop, jazz and country.

I'm a country buff as well and a fan of Patsy Clive and Chrystal Gayle" reveals Arlene. Reflections is a four member group all entertainers with a great stage presence. There's Relene, the daughter of Arlene, an energetic vocalist of the new generation of music. She plays percussion and brings a new dimension to the group.

Sophia the newest addition to Reflections dabbles in performing a variety of pop, rock and soul. Her acoustic guitar style is an asset to the band. Chris the fourth member of the band is the cool pianist and sits in on guitar too. His vocal stylings reflects his relaxed personality ideally suited for the evening. Reflections commence their captivating musical evenings daily (except on Sundays) at 8.30 pm.

So experience the entertainment a la Reflections and take home many musical memories.
