Beauty for a Cause is proud to invite you to join the excitement as we continue to publish our 15th coupon for the Ms Lanka 2009 - Beauty for a Cause, presented by Technique International together with the Sunday Observer. It's hard to believe its been a little over 15 years since Technique International began to celebrate the best of the pageantry and a lot has happened in these 15 years.

From the top designer saris for social occasion, from evening dress, cloth and jacket competitions, from mini titles the best in pageantry was produced. And now? We're celebrating the 15th Beauty for a Cause with the same enthusiasm and more as we celebrate the humanitarian side of Giving the Needy.

The 15th Pageant entry coupons will close on July 14 and the competition will be held in October. With only a few weeks more to go, each valued coupon for the Pageantry is a must-send.

In the previous years the proceeds from Ms Lanka - Beauty for a Cause has gone towards the Pippena Kusum - a project for peace, the setting up of a bakery for the Vajira Home for Children, a Talking Book Library for the Sri Lanka Federation of the Visually Handicapped, a Development Centre for Women in Batticaloa. Also the proceeds were donated for Educational Equipment for the low vision students of the Blind School of Ratmalana, and the National Health Development Fund.
