UK freight forwarder to invest here
The UK based freight forwarding company, Cargo Overseas Limited, will
open of a branch in Colombo called Cargo Overseas Lanka (Pvt) Ltd., with
their long established local partner, Gamini Gunaratna, they anticipate
that the Sri Lankan market will provide vast potential for expansion
following the end of the unrest in the country.
They will offer comprehensive tailor-made logistic solutions to Sri
Lankan businesses and companies wishing to access the Sri Lankan market.
Their initial service offering will comprise sea freight, air
freight, insurance, warehousing and local transportation through their
global "door-to-door" network.
