HSBC leads in internet banking in the region
In Global Finances 2009 World's Best Internet Banks competition for
Asia, HSBC took the top awards for its consumer internet banking in
Australia, Brunei, Hong Kong, Singapore, Sri Lanka and Vietnam. In the
Corporate/Institutional Internet Banking category, HSBC took the award
in Brunei, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Singapore and Sri Lanka.

Regionally, HSBC was awarded Best Online Consumer Credit Site, Best
Online Cash Management and Trade Finance Services as well as Best
Information Security Initiatives.
