Built-Mech Services (Pvt) Ltd., the air conditioning company has completed 15 years of in business and still going strong. This year, they have added significant inputs to their already enviable portfolio by being appointed as Authorised Sales and After Sales Service Distribution in Sri Lanka and the Republic of Maldives for air conditioners of ‘Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Ltd’ brand by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries - Mahajak air conditioners Co., Ltd., Japan. Granting of ISO 9001:2008 by SGS United Kingdom Ltd., is yet another milestone during the last year. It has taken wings outside Sri Lanka to perform in India, Maldives and Bangladesh which experience has enriched its capability to capture foreign markets.

The revamping of the contracts/repair and maintenance section has yielded valuable results in many corporate clients enrolling with us for their air conditioning needs. A member of the National Chamber of Commerce and Ceylon Chamber of Commerce have paved the way to be among business entrepreneurs and share their knowledge and expertise in the modern day business locally and globally. The company has now trained more than half of their technical staff locally and overseas and the most reflective concern is the success achieved at National Vocational Qualification test held by the National Apprentice and Industrial Training Authority leading them to graduation level. This fortifies their strength in providing a technically perfect and state of the art technology service to their clientele by trained personnel.
