Lankan students Down Under remember...:

Api Wenuwen Api

A group of Sri Lankan students mainly from Nathan Campus Griffith University, Brisbane, Queensland, Australia organized a musical event with the participation of students with the support of Sri Lankans domiciled in Brisbane. A few local guest artistes also participated to raise funds for the welfare of families of heroes of Armed Services, who liberated Sri Lanka from the clutches of ruthless terrorists, under the "Api Wenuwen Api".

All the students who were under 24 showed their appreciative audience Down Under that as Sri Lankans they were all united.

The group consisting Lahiru Attygalle, Sithira Amaradasa, Nirosh Amadorage, Erandi Halkawidana, Rajitha Gunathilaka, Sashikala Senarathne and several others studying in Queensland played a major role to stage this event.
