Sylvestrians draw with Rajans

St. Sylvesters College helped by a stubborn knock of 65 with 10 fours by Nuwan Nilanka forced a draw in their inter-school cricket match against Dharmaraja which concluded at Lake View grounds, Kandy yesterday.

Leg spinner Dushan Malalasekera bowled well for the Sylvestrians to capture 6 for 60 to put the brakes on the strong Rajans batting line up.

For the Rajans medium pacer Nuwan Karunaratne had a match-bag of 8 for 74 and Sanjay Kalubowila top scored with 55 which had 8 fours.
