Through deployment of superior voice and data transmission via world-class CDMA and WiMAX technologies, DBN will empower every connectivity need of the Mannar region, affording its residents greater coverage, unbeatable prices and a range of value-additions that would complete and enrich their communication experience.

Commenting on its latest network expansion, Kavan Ratnayaka, Chief Executive Officer of Dialog Fixed-Telephony and Broadband Services, said: `Mannar serves as an important milestone in our mission to connect the people of the liberated regions. It is the collective vision of the Dialog Group to empower people and enterprise.

We envisage a digitally-enabled Sri Lanka, where every citizen can have access to the same information as their counterparts from other connected geographies. Dialog's network footprint in Mannar would also assist to fast-track the development efforts of the state, aiding the communication needs of both government and non-government agencies operating in the region.
