Free cricket balls for twenty schools

Twenty schools from the districts of Badulla, Ampara, Nuwara Eliya, Ratnapura and Bandarawela were beneficiaries of cricket balls which were distribute among the schools playing in the under 19 cricket tournament by the Sri Lanka Cricket in association with the Sri Lanka Schools Cricket Association at a ceremony held at St. Thomas' College, Bandarawela.

The schools which received these cricket balls were Bandarawela MMV, Ananda Maithri MMV, Balangoda, Badulla MMV, D.S. Senanayake MMV, Ampara Dharmadutha College, Gankanda MMV, Ratnapura, Giradurukotte MMV, Halpe National School, Helahalpe, Kahawatte MMV, Kahawatte, Saraswathie TMV Badulla, Seevali MMV Ratnapura, Sri Buddha Jayanthi MMV, Balangoda, St. Aloysius, College, Ratnapura, St. Joseph's College, Bandarawela, Poramadulla MMV, Rikillagaskada, St. Thomas, College, Bandarawela, St. Thomas' College, Gurutalawa, Uva College and Welimada MMV.
