Retired cricket umpires felicitated

UMPIRES FELICITATED: Grade I cricket umpires who have served Sri Lanka Cricket with 10 years continuously were felicitated by the Board of Control for Cricket with cash presentation.

The umpires who have stood in P. Sara Trophy and Super "A" Tier matches and retired were felicitated by the Sri Lanka Cricket Board who presented the umpires with cash Rs. 50,000 for the valuable service they had rendered to the Board.

The retired grade 1 cricket umpires were messrs: D. A. S. Dissanayake, D. A. Dissanayake, Upali de Silva, Bernard Perera, W. P. Alwis, S. Hettige, J. K. W. Botejue, Munidasa Mendis, D. Pushparaja and P. Rodrigo.
