St. Anthony’s holy relics venerated:
Faith moves mountains
“Faith moves mountains”, goes the popular maxim.
This was evident in no small measure as tens of thousands of
Catholic devotees from every strata of society, from far and wide
thronged St. Anthony’s shrine at Kochchikade, Colombo to set eyes on
the 779-year-old holy relic of St. Anthony of Padua which was kept
for public veneration from Sunday, March 7.
