Sam has said that he does not need mere positions but executive powers to handle party affairs and that even the Secretary that is General should also take orders from him.

The Bell Boys are crestfallen that Captain Fool has strategically jumped to the district that is Black-Fat, instead of contesting from his Village-Five.
