Artists turn architects!

If you have a creative mind, the sky is the limit to display your creative talents. You can turn out many a beautiful thing, even using material that is normally discarded as waste. And, this is exactly what six-year-old Bhanu Sachitta Weliwitiya and his four-year-old sister Sukhie Sachitta did. Putting to good use their creative talents, the sibling duo turned out an eye catching playhouse using throw-away material and some of their artwork that they have collected over a period of time.

The two little artists turned architects had designed the 'skyrise building' - the playhouse pictured here with a cardboard box and decorated the walls with colourful drawings done by them. Even the roof has been covered with their artwork. Perhaps, a novel concept to borrow for future architectural designs connected with children.

Little Bhanu and his sister have not only displayed their inherent talent for art, going by the colourful drawings that form the walls of the playhouse, but also a talent to turn out useful and beautiful things out of simple material.

You too can take a leaf off of them and use your imagination to turn out useful things, especially out of waste material.
