The BEATLES Fab
The Fab Beatles, are widely
regarded as the best “Sounding and Looking” Beatles Tribute Band in the
U.K. as they pride themselves on total authenticity.
 Based in southern England and formed in 1991 by four complete
“Beatle” maniacs, they turned professional in 1998 as they quickly rose
in popularity everywhere. They have received critical acclaim by being
one of the most highly-demanded and sought-after bands in the world.
Awarded the title of the “Best” Beatles Tribute Band in the U.K. by
BBC in 2000, the Fab Beatles even appeared live on BBC1 in the
television show “The Battle Of The Fantasy Bands”. They are now
commissioned by EMI (BEATLES RECORD CO) to promote the launch of the
“BEATLES 1” CD Nov 2001 where The Fab Beatles played the whole
“track-listing” (27 songs) completely “live” at the Cavern Club, Exeter.
The Fab Beatles also appeared as special guests at the prestigious
annual, “Beatle Week 2000” Festival in Liverpool.
They have performed all over the U.K and Ireland, with appearances in
Canada, The Caribbean, Denmark, Germany, Yugoslavia and the Middle East.
In 1998, they received the ultimate approval from the people of
Liverpool, when they played to a packed audience at the Beatles’
exhibition, on the famous Albert Dock.
The full Fab Beatles’ show covers all the main era’s of the Beatles
trilogy. They use the same instrument brands as the original Beatles and
have gone to do painstaking research into their costumes. The Fab
Beatles wear each outfit which is a complete replica of the originals
encompassing the early Cavern suits to the splendour of the full Sgt
Pepper regalia.
Unlike other acts, The Fab Beatles use no other musicians or tape
machines during their shows. Every Instrument is played completely
“live” by the Fab Beatles which ensures pure and accurate recreation of
the original Beatle songs. The Fab Beatles are, * Kev Day as John Lennon
