NSB appoints Al Mulla as agent

The National Savings Bank (NSB) partnered with Al Mulla International Exchange of Kuwait for remittances for the 8th consecutive year. The NSB and Al Mulla signed the agreement at NSB headquarters last week.

NSB appointed Al Mulla International Exchange Company (AMIEC) as the agent for Kuwait with provision for AMIEC to appoint sub agents to the bank. The relationship will provide a low cost, secure and speedy remittance opportunity to the Sir Lankan workforce in Kuwait, said the NSB Chairman, Pradeep Kariyawasam. All Mulla International Exchange Company is a member of the Al Mulla Group which was established in 1938. AMIEC a leading company in Kuwait which deals in the exchange of money and remittances. It is the holding company of 13 subsidiaries in Real Estate, Consultancy, Insurance, Investments, Rental, Leasing.

AMIEC operates under the supervision and regulations of the Central Bank of Kuwait.
