TVS Lanka completes first year
TVS Lanka the local distributor for TVS King recently celebrated its
first year in the Sri Lankan market amidst a gathering of leasing
professionals, dealers, media and other invitees in Colombo.

TVS King has been accepted by Sri Lankans and the demand has been
good with over 3800 units sold in its first year of business.
The three-wheeler is known for its elegant design, outstanding
performance, safety features and for driver and passenger comfort.
Being the first three-wheeler to be fitted with a 200 cc four stroke
engine, TVS King has been accepted for its performance and fuel
efficiency.
Prior to its arrival, Sri Lankan three-wheeler drivers and passengers
had to be content with a stagnant product and features with very little
value addition or product improvement.
TVS King was developed after extensive field research in Sri Lanka
and India, hence it brought in new features and benefits for the Sri
Lankan three-wheeler drivers and passengers.
Single large windshield, twin headlamps with multi reflectors,
dashboard with indicators, magazine and water-bottle holders are some of
the features that were introduced. |
