CIC Foods caters to national need

The CIC Group branched into a new division known as CIC Foods recently.

The theme of the launch was ‘Deshayata Jeevayak’ encapsulating the focus of the company - to offer an array of hygienic and high quality food products to strengthen the nutritional level of the Sri Lankan public.

CIC canned fish is a product that the company has introduced to the local market. The product has become popular in a short period of time, generating good sales.

CIC Foods plans to venture into other food categories such as soya meat and malted milk.

The aim of the company is to ensure that all food products marketed by them are made to stringent quality standards and are available to the consumers at an affordable price.
