International conference

The University of Peradeniya, University of Moratuwa and the Institution of Engineers Sri Lanka have jointly organised the International Conference on Sustainable Built Environment (ICSBE - 2010) in collaboration with Sustainable Infrastructure Engineering Group, Melbourne School of Engineering, University of Melbourne.

The conference has the potential to bring state-of-the-art practices on sustainability to Sri Lanka in the form of a very significant knowledge transfer and collaborations.

The conference will held from December 12-14 at the Earl's Regency Hotel, Kandy.

The conference will be opened at the Earl's Regency Hotel, Kandy on December 12, from 4.30 p.m. The keynote speeches will be delivered by Prof. Tim Ibell, Prof. Peter Walker, Prof. M.P. Ranaweera and Prof. Wije Ariyaratne.
