hSenid International HRM Conference 2011

To showcase best practices in the industry - especially in knowledge sharing from a strategic perspective - and effectively portray Human Resource Management as a tool to gain competitive advantage for local companies to win globally, hSenid Business Solutions (HBS) will host the hSenid International Human Resource Management Conference 2011 on the 10th and 11th of February at the Hilton Colombo.

Themed 'Unleashing HR Potential to Compete Globally', the conference will provide delegates an ideal opportunity to explore and tap into the full spectrum of HR expertise, whilst staying abreast with key HR topics being discussed across the world - all on one common platform.

With over 70 international delegates taking part along with local and international speakers the conference will host a range of activities including a CEO breakfast meeting, case study discussions and panel discussions which will offer participants the prospect of sharing stories and building a network of relationships with other delegates.

The CEO breakfast meeting will showcase case studies, covering topics how to align employee and corporate objectives, achieving global competiveness by managing staff productivity and other current topics in the HR domain. Track sessions conducted by subject experts will cover areas like the role played by HRM on the success of an emerging business, the link between the global economy and international HR management practices.
