A happy and gay time in Spain

Ra-Blue is on another happy and gay tour; this time in Spain. The 'youthful' Green leader is accompanied by a team of youth who have been 'close' to him. Ra-Blue first left for London with his better half for medical treatment and then turned 'bachelor boy' on the Spanish tour.

Ra-Blue is determined to take revenge against the opponents in his party after surviving a crucial battle for the Green leadership. He has now fired Marking Imthi, ageing beauty Raw-Sea and Chan-draa Gun-Mountain from the Woc Com.

Kind-Siri gets cold feet

Kind-Siri has breathed a sigh of relief that he has conveniently escaped a possible vote for the post that is national organiser in the Elephant Party. Though Kind-Siri was longing for the post, he got cold feet that he would have to face a vote with Sun Kind-Leader. Hence, Kind-Siri got Run-Jeet Middle-Bandara to try his luck.

Soo-me in a dream world

It was a 'thrilling' moment and a kind of mental satisfaction for Soo-me the One-Sa when he met former 1971 insurgents at a meeting in Galle last week. He spent a great deal of time recalling the horrific experiences the Bell Boys had undergone when they first tried to topple the then Government. "We would never be able even to dream of a thing like that in future as the masses today strongly believe in democracy," an ex-Galle District leader said.
