Three Sri Lankans complete Masters VB Course

VOLLEYBALL: Three Sri Lankans were among the 25 volleyball coaches who completed the Masters Training Course 2011 held by the International Volleyball Association in Thailand recently.The Sri Lankans are: Mahesh Abeyratne, Deepal Alwis and Channa Jayasekera. Besides Sri Lanka, the other participating countries were: Bulgaria, France, Japan, China, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Iran and Turkey.






 


Zahira Rugby 7's on July 24

RUGBY: Zahira College Rugby 7's will be held for the fourth successive year and will be played at Royal College Sports Complex on July 24 from 8 a.m. onwards.

There will be 14 teams from Colombo and Outstation will participate.
