Switching to electronic based data management, more productive - Buddhin Gunasekera

Reducing paper content and switching to electronic based data management is a more productive and efficient information storage system said Country Manager 3SG Corporation (Pvt) Ltd, Buddhin Gunasekera.

He was addressing a ceremony to launch the OnBase Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solution in Sri Lanka by 3SG Corporation on Friday.

Buddhin said a large number of globally renowned corporates has reduced cost and enhanced productivity by using ECM which is an end-to-end document management solution.

"We are pleased to offer the OnBased solution to improve efficiency and enhance competitiveness of Sri Lankan companies. With the proven solution 3SG will be able to leverage the expertise which Hyland Software has developed over 20 years", Gunasekera said.

OnBased ECM, a product of US based Hyland Software has been designed to meet documentation and process management needs of organisations.

On base is used by over 10,000 organisations across healthcare, financial services, governments, insurance, education and manufacturing sectors. Sales Manager Asia Pacific and Middle East for Hyland Software, Tim Kreiner said that Hyland has been partnering 3SG in the US since 2007. LF
