HSBC launches Health Insurance Scheme

HSBC spearheaded a medical scheme with Lanka Hospitals, Asiri, Hemas, The Central and Ceylinco Health Care Centre to offer cardholders a comprehensive health scheme that would enable them to enjoy expert health services at an affordable cost.

Under the scheme launched recently cardholders are eligible for discounts, savings and zero interest packages.

These could be paid in equal monthly instalments or upfront for outpatient department, indoor healthcare checks, general health checks, laboratory investigations, eye care, dental care, cancer screening and manymore with further savings on prescribed medicines at selected pharmacies.

As a value-addition, cardholders can look forward to medical programs highlighting the importance of good health conducted by leading practitioners at these hospitals.

Head of Credit Cards and Consumer Assets HSBC Sri Lanka Nadeesha Senaratne said, "Health is a primary concern to everyone and you never know when an unforeseen medical emergency may arise which could drain you financially.

We are happy to partner with five hospitals in the country that are fully equipped with the latest medical facilities and equipment coupled with leading recommended medical specialists to offer our cardholders the best treatment and health advice."
