Dushan Lewke snatches lead again displacing Dev Anand

RUGBY: Dushan Lewke and his club CR&FC climbed one step further in the Sunday Observer/Caltex Most Popular Rugger Player and Most Popular Rugger Team Competition at the end of count Number 14.

Navy's drop kick specialist Dev Anand who was placed first last week was pushed down to number two by CR&FC captain Dushantha Lewke who polled in 38,657 votes to Dev Anand 36,121 votes.

In the team contest Kandy Sports Club is well ahead with 35,126 votes, but CR&FC ousted Navy from the number two position polling 34,651 votes to Navy's 32,854 votes.
