Brandix sponsors National Safety and Health Conference

Apparel exporter Brandix will sponsor the National Safety and Health
Conference. Brandix is supporting the event this year as the Main
Sponsor for the second consecutive year and overall four times.
Themed Prevention of occupational diseases and injuries through a
safety culture, the conference was held at the Galadari Hotel on October
14. It was organised by the National Institute of Occupational Safety
and Health (NIOSH) and the Ministry of Labour Relations and Manpower.
The event consisted of a number of technical sessions and was
attended by over 350 participants from different sectors of industry. It
was inaugurated by the Minister of Labour and Labour Relations, Gamini
Lokuge and was the highlight of the “National Safety and Health Week”. |
