Jay Jay's plea for 'domestic constables' declined

Doc Jay Jay has pleaded with the defence authorities not to transfer the two police constables who had been his bodyguards for 15 years. The reason is not security-related but because he is comfortable with the duo who had been used more as domestics and not bodyguards. The defence authorities have declined Jay Jay's offer and assigned two news constables.

Buddi-Car and She-Rull crestfallen

She-Rull Lak-Dot and Buddi-Car, the Soosthara-Puncha, are disillusioned as Saa-Jeet, the Love-Slave is not doing enough to reinstate their Elephant Party membership. A dejected She-Rull had a heated argument with Love-Slave over the issue. "It is he who funded and inspired us to field separate Independent groups at the LG polls. When the party suspended our membership, Sa-jeet merely issued a statement and washed his hands," a crestfallen She-Rull told a confidant.

Moosa-Mill pampers the leader

Ra-Blue was in an exuberant mood after Moosa-Mill spearheaded the Elephant Party's only LG polls win in Colombo. "It is I who saved you, Sir. Our supporters in Colombo gave a clear mandate to your leadership while Saa-jeet and his Reformists failed in their own electorates. Even the Independent groups funded by them could not poll even a thousand votes," Moosa-Mill said.

Big Lady coldshouldered at Bharatha's funeral

The Retired Big Lady went to Bha-Ratha's funeral house in the hope that she could use the occasion as a platform to open her big foul mouth. However, hardly anyone took notice of her and the electronic media personnel showed little or no interest to offer a microphone, knowing the Big Lady's true colours.
