The third Carlton Super 7's Sri Lanka 2011 Rugby Tournament will get the flavour of the Indian Premier League cricket (IPL) touch , for the first time in the country, and may be in the world in a rugby contest, when it gets underway in two 'legs' from October 29.

The first 'leg' of the championship will be played at Nittawela , Kandy on October 29 and 30 and the second 'leg' on November 5 and 6 at the Royal College Sports Complex grounds.
