The Best Sportswoman of the School - Heshani Wickremasinghe
receives award from Chief Guest Mahindananda Aluthgamage -
the Minister of Sports.

COLOURS AWARDS: Heshani Wickremasinghe - the captain of the
school Table Tennis team was selected as the Best Sportswoman of the
Year at the annual Colours Awards Ceremony of Mahamaya Girls College,
Kandy.

Hansani Nugawela receives ‘Pahana’ award from Chief Guest,
Sports Minister Mahindananda Aluthgamage.

The Awards Ceremony was held under the patronage of Minister of
Sports Mahindananda Aluthgamage, Messrs Tilina Tennakoon - Member of
Provincial Council, Central Province and Asoka Dissanayake - former
Deputy Principal of the school.
The awards ceremony was held at the college auditorium on October 12.
The 'Pahana' awards - the highest award presented was awarded to 18
students and certificates of merit were awarded to 128 students. Colours
were awarded to 47 students.

Madigasekera, Thilini Abeykoon, Hasanthi Nugawela.
