The book “Tissa” the life story of General Secretary of the United National Party, Tissa Attanayake authored by journalist Nihal Jagathchandra was presented to Prime Minister D.M. Jayarathna by Tissa Attanayake at the Prime Minister’s Office at the parliamentary complex on December 21.
