Ex-security personnel to combat Somali pirates
Over 210 ex-security personnel, mainly the

Member, Dinesh Indika Chandrasiri of the United People’s Freedom
Alliance (UPFA) came as a shock to those who knew him and to the
people of the Minuwangoda electorate whom he represented. Dinesh
Indika Chandrasiri’s body was found lying beside his motorcycle and
his helmet at the Mohini’s Bridge in the Minuwangoda area December
