Dharmaraja-Kingswood 'Big Match' advanced to March 23 and 24

CRICKET: The 107th "Battle of the Maroons" between Dharmaraja College and Kingswood College which was scheduled to be played on March 30 and 31 has been advanced by a week and will be now played on March 23 and 24 at the Pallekele International Cricket Stadium.

This will be played for the "T.B. Tennekoon Challenge Shield".

The limited-overs clash for the Winston Hoole Memorial Trophy between these two schools will be played as scheduled on April 1 at Pallekele.

Rajans last year won the 'Big Match', breaking a 30-year stalemate of draws, but the Kignswoodians hit back to win the limited-over clash in a big upset.
