Dhinal shows signs of doing well in swimming

Dhinal Weerasinghe of Colombo International school became under 12 swimming champion at the Pentathlon Swimming Meet winning all the five events he participated in.

He won the 50 Metres Dolphin Stroke in 33.67 seconds, the 50 Metres Back Stroke in 39.12 seconds, 50 Metres Breast Stroke in 50.23 seconds, 50 Metres Freestyle in 31.57 seconds and 4x50 Metres Individual Medley in 2 minutes 57.0 seconds.

Swimmer Dhinal Weerasinghe wishes to place on record his thanks to coach Manoj Abeysinghe and other coaches Thilak Dhammika and Priyadharshana for all the assistance during the coaching period as it was coaching that pushed him along to the fine timings in the events.
