Communication towers no threat

The Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (TRC) has called upon people not to get panicky over the communication towers in the vicinity during lightning.

There are over 6,000 communication towers in the country. The Government would never permit any individual to construct them in populated areas if it poses any threat to human lives, according to a spokesmen for the TRC. -AK
