Singer Asia - Retail Holdings meeting

The Board of Directors of Singer Asia Ltd, the parent company of Singer (Sri Lanka) PLC, and the Board of Directors of Retail Holdings NV, the parent company of Singer Asia and ultimate parent company of Singer (Sri Lanka ) PLC, met in Colombo recently for its bi-annual joint meeting.

The Board of Directors picked Sri Lanka as the venue for this important gathering to demonstrate its commitment to strengthening its presence in the country, which is also Singer Asia's largest market.

Led by its Chairman, Stephen H. Goodman, the Board discussed matters including expanding Singer Sri Lanka's branch network in the North and East of the country, offering innovative financial solutions to segments of the population through Singer Finance, and developing 'destination' shopping experiences.
