TABLE TENNIS: Shalana Chathubashana is a six-year old boy who is
showing great promise of being a table tennis player for the future. At
the All-Island Invitation TT Tournament for boys under-7 he triumphed at
the Gampaha Stadium while playing for Lyceum International School,
Bogamuwa.
The school authorities at Lyceum International headed by Mohanlal
Grero and Mrs. Kumari Grero, Bogamuwa Lyceum Principal Mrs. Kumari
Wijeratne and other officials are supporting the young boys and girls at
the schools great deal in their sports activities.
