Sabaragamuwa enter the finals

Sabaragamuwa became the second team to enter the finals of the Yasaratne Tennakoon Memorial Trophy under-15 limited over cricket tournament organised by the Central Province Cricket Association when they beat Udu Dumbara by 77 runs in the semi-finals played at Police Grounds, Kandy yesterday. Tharindu Sanjaya Kumara was adjudged Man of the Match.

Sabaragamuwa will meet Senkadagala in the finals to be played at Police Grounds, Kandy today, Sunday, October 21.

Sabaragamuwa: 125 all out in 29 overs (Dilan Fernando 21, Dilshan Walisundera 19, Tharindu Sanjaya 16, Ishara Wickremesinghe, Thashula Dodanwala 15, Gihan Witharana 2 for 20, Lakshan Buwaneka 2 for 19).

Udu Dumbara: all out 48 in 21.5 overs (Shan Dunuwatte 11, Ishan Wickremasinghe 3 for 13, Dilshan Walisundera 2 for 2, Tharindu Sanjaya 2 for 5, Thashula 3 for 9).
